NEW WORKSHOP: Drawing is all you need

We are delighted to announce that painter Philippos Theodorides will be conducting a new Drawing Workshop @ Ε.Δ.Ω., starting on January.
The purpose of this workshop is to stimulate attendants to function and express themselves through drawing, not in an academic basis, but on a more alternative and unconventional one. Each student will be using materials such as pencils, pens and ink to produce a series of studies/ drawings after each session.
The six-week course will be divided in several creative exercises, such as:
Glass vs Stones
Multi perspective viewpoint
The Figure
Landscape – Cityscape

Philippos Theodorides was born in Cyprus in 1978. He studied Art for the Community, at the University of Surrey, Roehampton in London from 1999-2002, and then went on to study painting at the School of Fine Arts in Athens from 2003-2008.


• All workshops, unless otherwise stated, have 6-week duration and are composed by (six) 3-hour classes.
• All Classes are to be held on the same day every week, from 18:00 to 21:00 hrs.
• All workshops are project-based. Project title is to be revealed on first class.
• All participants´ final works are presented at an exhibition, organised every 6 months at Ε.Δ.Ω.
• No particular skills are necessary, should you wish to attend to a workshop, unless stated otherwise.
• All necessary tools and materials are provided by Ε.Δ.Ω.
• Workshop fee is 200€.
• Maximum number of participants: 12
• Detailed workshop dates to be released by mid December.
